Seven Eagle species in High Karoo Park

The High Karoo Park has seen the recording of its seventh eagle species with the sighting in December 2012 of a Booted Eagle (see photo - click to enlarge).

In the past ten years the Black, Martial, African Hawk, Tawny and Fish Eagles had been recorded in the park.
